Need a recruiter? We’ve got it covered. We offer on-site and virtual recruiting. We provide a full time recruiter for you who can fulfill your staffing needs at a moments notice. Our recruiter will also handle any employee training, paperwork, and time cards for you. Our on-site recruiters will be housed at your location. Our virtual recruiters will not be housed on-site, but will visit frequently.
Probationary Hiring
Our Probationary Hiring service allows you to observe your new recruit before hiring. Have you ever wasted time completing new hire paperwork for a full time employee only to part ways within the first month or even days? That is why we created our Probationary Hiring service! We offer you the opportunity to run your recruit through our payroll thereby granting you the ability to observe them in action!
How it works:
Before you make an offer to your next employee, give us a call and we will add them on our payroll, send them to work at your company so you can observe their work habits. If they are not a fit, we will release them. If they prove to be a good employee, you can take them off our payroll and hire them at any time.
We handle all taxes, workers compensation, unemployment, weekly pay, etc., as long as they are on our payroll. No more new hire paperwork until you are confident of their abilities.
